FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We will continue to add more detailed FAQs as the festival weekend approaches
WHAT’s The ums age policy?
The official UMS outdoor stages will allow kids. But, please note that many indoor partner venues in RiNo are 21+ and kids are not permitted in those bars/venues. Kids under 10 years old get in free and kids over 10 years old must have a festival ticket for entry. Anyone 16 or under must have a chaperone.
HOW DO I FIND MY TICKETS?
You should have received an email and possibly a text with your tickets. Search for orders@humanitix.com for sender. Pull the QR code up on your phone ahead of time so you're ready to get in as quickly as possible. You may also print the tickets, but let's save some trees if possible! Also, as a reminder, make sure to have your ID ready at the door for a speedy entrance.
If someone else purchased tickets for you, you’ll need them to send you your tickets, or have their name and email handy so we can look them up at the door.
What road and sidewalk closures will be in place and when?
Sidewalk/Road Closures in effect from 7/22/2026 at 7:00 AM to 7/28/2026 at 5:00 PM
Road - 30th St from Blake St to Larimer St (Blake and Larimer Open)
Road - Walnut St from 29th St to 31st St (29th and 31st Open)
Sidewalk - Larimer St from Broadway to 25th (SIDEWALK ONLY)
What about transportation and parking?
We suggest not driving if you plan to enjoy the festivities and eat and drink in RiNo. Some options for transportation include:
VEO - Our mobility partner, Veo is deploying more scooters and bikes in the area ahead of UMS. Check back for a UMS specific promo code to use too.
RTD - RTD offers various routes in the area
Rail
A Line: RiNo's main rail hub is the 38th & Blake Station. It connects the neighborhood directly to Downtown (Denver Union Station in about 5 minutes) and Denver International Airport.
Bus Routes
Route 44: Services the southern edges of RiNo, running along Larimer St and Lawrence St.
Route 48: Travels directly through the heart of the district, running along Broadway and Brighton Blvd.
Route 12: Operates along the western and northern edges, connecting via Washington St and Downing St.
PARKING - If you must drive, please do not park in neighborhoods! Use two hour parking in RiNo, or the best option is to utilize the Coors Field Parking Garage at 27th and Blake - we’ve worked with the operators for additional staff UMS weekend, and all day parking for $10 per vehicle.
